Roy T. Dufreche and Associates provided site analysis and landscape design for this building on the campus of Southeastern Louisiana University. Many on-campus sites were evaluated, and the building's final location was based, in part, on our analysis. The building itself is a modern design, and the landscape mirrors this contemporary look within a Native-Plant palate. Street trees define the edges of the site, and a simple plant palate avoids competing with the building's architectural detailing. Location of the street trees was determined by the architectural detailing, strengthening the relationship of building and site. Construction completion is anticipated to be in 2012.
