Roy T. Dufreche and Associates were approached by the owner of a 1,000 Acre woodland parcel, with a request to provide master planning for the property, and to locate a large home constructed as a family woodland retreat. Having incorporated our analysis into the location of the home, and layout and construction of a large impounded lake, the owners have continued to seek our input. We are currently in the process of providing site design documents for entry features, an auto-court, outdoor entertaining areas, boathouse, and various other property improvements. Construction completion is anticipated to be in 2011.
