Project Narrative

We were retained by Holly and Smith Architects as landscape consultants to provide a comprehensive landscape design for their new rehabilitation facility.

The design features a clean, understated composition of both native and ornamental plants. Respecting the modern architectural language of the building, we intentionally kept the landscaping visually strong yet simple and uncluttered, allowing the architecture to remain the primary focal point.

All plant selections and layouts were developed in full compliance with St. Tammany Parish landscape ordinances, which required the replanting of areas disturbed during clearing and construction.

A thoughtfully designed private outdoor healing garden was incorporated to provide patients with a serene, restorative environment that supports recovery and well-being.
